CARBIDE SINGLE ROLLER BURNISHING TOOLS

Mech-India Carbide Single Roller Burnishing Tool have carbide roller mounted on bearing that rotates on hardened and ground axle. The carbide roller is spring loaded in the two axial directions for having the right pressure during the burnishing operation. The worn out carbide roller can be reconditioned by regrinding / lapping thus giving long tool life.

DIAMOND BURNISHING TOOLS

Mech-India Diamond Burnishing Tools completed with a selected diamond stem are suitable for carrying out the burnishing of turned or ground surfaces on many of metals for achieving high level finishing i.e. 0.05 to 0.20 µRa. It is possible to burnish cast iron to get surface finish 0.2 / 0.4 µRa.
